  1. Just Imagine if the SUN will not be available for 3 days! Just Imagine 2013 we will be living in a better world - Economy Started to Recover, life will be more meaningful and we will have such a great history to share with our new generations.

Now Let's Imagine What will happened to our Swiftlet Behaviour for this solid 3 days!

    - No Sun
    - Changes is Flying patterns , how will they respond before and after the Blackout?
    - How do this birds source for food?
    - Will they still fly in the dark?
    - How do they respond to our sound?

Let's Enjoy this and let's think about it!

    3. At the most we have a solar eclipse but I don't know whether we get it around here. Australia just got their solar eclipse. I wonder what the birds reaction will be if we have a solar eclipse here. My guess is that they will start heading for home thinking it is night. In your hoax scenario, the birds most likely will stay at home thinking it is still night. I don't think they can hunt for food in the dark (outdoors)as their echolocation system works in enclosed spaces.

  2. Maybe we can use internal sound? since the birds might be used to internal sounds inside dark bh environment.

  7. always overlooked , the weather for Vietnam compared to malaysia , indo and Thailand is slightly different..

november and December always cold in Vietnam .. the temperature here drops till 23 degrees in the night and sustaining at 27 and 29 ..

quite unfortunate my bh turnout to have too much airflow , my night temperature hit as low as 23 degrees yesterday .. Super Red Alert ..

    2. Boss Wiki,

Mayb u can try to install heater coil with 5 inch ventilation fan to circulate hot air. can control with temperature control switch to required temp.

but the excess air flow might affect the birds.

      Just my personal idea.
